For our last unit of inquiry we have been looking into how "people create organizations to solve problems and support progress." The students have been working in groups to make a plan for their own organization that works to solve a problem in the world that they think is important. They have been making a website to organize and share their knowledge of the problem and persuade people to want to volunteer for jobs they need done or donate to their cause. The students have come up with different ways to persuade and inform people such as music, videos, posters, a magazine, and a comic strips!
